What counts as a post?
A video, an image carousel, or a motion graphic. Most of them are videos, and the price is the same whichever it is.
Nothing to film with?
Shoot days in your gym are £395 for a half day and £650 for a full day, and a full day usually covers six to eight weeks of posts.
Hate posting too?
We can handle the scheduling and the channels as well. Available on request.

What if I do not have any footage?
Most people have more than they think, and phone footage is fine. If you genuinely have nothing, we book a shoot day and film it: £395 for a half day, £650 for a full day.
Who owns the posts?
You do, for anything you want to do with them, including paid ads, forever. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio.
What if I do not like them?
Every tier includes a revision round. Tell us what is wrong within three days and we recut. If the whole batch misses, we have got the brief wrong and we will fix it.
Can I cancel?
After the first three months, thirty days notice, any time.
How much of my time does this take?
Twenty minutes at the start, and about fifteen minutes a month to approve the calendar.
Do you post them for me?
We can. Posting and scheduling is available on request as an add-on. Most clients start by posting themselves.
What about the music? Is it going to get my account muted?
All music and stock footage is licensed through Artlist Pro for commercial use, including advertising. Nothing we deliver is going to get taken down.
How fast is delivery?
Seven working days from the moment we have your footage, on Core and above. Ten on Starter.
